Transitional Renovation

Clients discovered this gorgeous waterfront property located in a private beachside community. While the site itself offered everything they wanted, the existing residence didn’t meet their square-footage needs.

An extensive renovation allowed them to include guest suites, rooms perfect for young grandchildren, expansive outdoor spaces, and interiors that welcome additional water views and natural light. A soft color palette of coastal tones and crisp white, along with simple transitional furniture, helped create classic and timeless living spaces.

The Spectrum design team worked in partnership with the architect and contractor to seamlessly execute this significant modernization project. The result was a stunning home the clients could enjoy and share with loved ones and friends for years to come.
